AlpaCore ("AlpaCore", "we", "us") is a software service operated by AlpaCore Software Systems (Iceland). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AlpaCore provides AI software including conversational assistants ("AI chatbots") that integrate with your business operations and accounting, automated marketing tooling, and embedded payment infrastructure to accept payments via Revolut, PayPal and the TON network. Features depend on your subscription tier and may evolve over time.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) in EUR or the equivalent in supported cryptocurrency. Prices are shown at checkout. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees for each billing cycle until you cancel. The checkout server enforces a hard minimum floor price; any order below that floor is rejected regardless of an AI-generated or client-supplied quote. Árni may scan markets and propose dynamic pricing above the floor.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Revolut, PayPal, and on-chain TON wallets). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. We do not store full card numbers; card and account data are handled by the relevant processor.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, infringing others' rights, or to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
AI-generated content (marketing copy, summaries, chatbot responses, bookkeeping suggestions) is provided "as is" and may contain errors. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
AlpaCore and its underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide; you grant us a limited licence to process it to deliver the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland and applicable EU/EEA regulations. Disputes are subject to the courts of Reykjavík, Iceland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
For business (B2B) subscriptions and custom offers generated or quoted by AlpaCore AI (including Árni), the Sovereign Owner retains a 30-day audit window from the date the paid offer or contract is opened. During this window the Owner has final authority to review the AI-quoted price and described scope against actual delivery scope and to correct the commercial terms if there is a material discrepancy. Corrections are recorded in the sovereign audit log and are binding on the parties. After 30 days the window closes and the recorded terms stand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply. This audit right does not stop Árni from scanning markets or opening offers; it is the operational backstop against loss or misquoted scope.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
